Patricia “Patty” Garcia, REALTOR®
Faith & Vision Realty
Before receiving my real estate license in November 2015, I spent 10 years working alongside my sister as a Transaction Coordinator. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the details behind a real estate transaction—from contracts and timelines to communication, problem-solving, and making sure the many moving parts stay on track.
I believe buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. For many families, it is one of the biggest financial decisions they will make and an important part of the legacy they are building. My role is to help my clients understand the process, know their options, ask questions, and feel that they have someone walking alongside them from beginning to end.
Communication has always been important to me. No two transactions or families are exactly alike, and sometimes real estate comes during complicated seasons of life. Whether I am helping a first-time buyer, a longtime homeowner preparing to sell, a family navigating an estate or probate property, or someone simply trying to understand what their next step should be, my goal is to provide knowledge, guidance, resources, and genuine care throughout the process.
Faith & Vision Realty was built on faith, service, and a commitment to helping others. It is a legacy my sister, Sonya, and I built together, and one I am honored to continue. As real estate laws, markets, and opportunities change, I remain committed to continuing my education so I can better serve and protect the people who place their trust in me.
That commitment to service reaches beyond real estate. My sister's heart for helping others continues through Walking You Through It, supporting individuals and families facing cancer with encouragement, resources, and practical assistance.
Real estate has given me the opportunity to do something I truly value—serve people, strengthen families, and help build and protect legacies, one home at a time.
Wherever your real estate journey is taking you, I’m here to walk you through it.
